Bloomsbury Qatar Foundation Publishing Launched

As Orhan Pamuk uses the Frankfurt Book Fair to denounce the Turkish government, Bloomsbury use it to announce a new publishing venture, working with the Qatar Foundation to help generate and support Qatari literature.
